Eat Dark Chocolate!

Although it may not taste as good as yummy milk chocolate, dark chocolate has been proven to provide so many health benefits to your body!

You can purchase affordable dark chocolate at your local grocery store such as Walmart, Albertsons, or Smiths. Make sure to buy dark chocolate from quality brands such as Lindt Excellence or Ghirardelli that contain 70-85% cacao.

5 Benefits of Dark Chocolate Include:

However, eating small amounts of dark chocolate every day can help you relax and control your appetite. Although dark chocolate has many healthy benefits, it should NOT be consumed abundantly! Too much of anything can lead to weight gain, so make sure to be strict with portion control. Have enough to just satisfy your sweet tooth, but do not go overboard! You already have enough on your mind in college. Worrying about all the extra calories you just consumed by devoring all that chocolate is not something that you want to do!

Have a great, fit, and healthy week! And remember…

Stay fit and stay in school.
