Welcome to Fit Feels University!

As a college junior, I have had many experiences and challenges with maintaining the responsibilities of college life, but also trying to look and feel my best.

The Freshman 15 is real people, and it can sneak up on you in a blink of an eye! With all the stresses of college, it can lead to emotional overeating, which can then lead to easy weight gain.

Luckily for you, I have been down that road and I know exactly how it feels to gain weight freshmen year, and feel unbalanced and self-conscious. I will give you an incredible amount of guidance and tips in order for you to succeed not only in your schooling, but with your fitness and beauty goals as well.

When you feel healthy, you will experience more positivity in other aspects of your life such as in college, social events, during tests, or during the part-time job you may have.

I truly believe that you will succeed in college and other aspects of your life when you exercise, eat well, and take care of yourself all the way around.
